Un grupo de nenos e nenas únese baixo o nome da súa tripulación imaxinaria, o Capitán Chocalleiro, para defender algo ben real: a radio escolar e as súas denuncias sobre a contaminación mariña que ameaza ao seu entorno, enfrontándose a intereses empresariais, políticos e mediáticos.
