OPENING. PREMIERE OF ROMERÍA BY CARLA SIMÓN

The presentation of the 18th edition of FICBUEU will be complemented by the screening of Carla Simón’s film Romería on the same day it premieres in theaters. It will be a unique event that will feature the presence of part of the team that worked on the film at the Auditorium of the Centro Social do Mar: actor and director Alberto Gracia and actress Marina Troncoso. Shot in different locations in the Rías Baixas, this is the third feature film by the Catalan director, who, following the success of Estiu 1993 and Alcarràs, continues to explore family ties, one of the central themes of her filmography.
