PRESENTATION OF FICBUEU MONOGRAPH #4

Accompanying the Retrospective Section, which this year focuses on the Dutch director Joris Ivens, the festival publishes the Cuadernos FICBUEU collection. This edition presents the fourth volume, written as in previous years in Galician and English, under the title A expansión do documental a través das curtametraxes de Joris Ivens (1898-1989).

Severiano Casalderrey, the author, will present Monograph #4, reviewing the contents of the monograph, explaining the importance of the short film in Ivens’ work and paying attention to the films screened in the Retrospective.
