From Sigüeiro to Ordes we follow the ‘Ruta do Grelo’ along the N-550 road, where several women sell the surplus from their turnip tops and potato crops directly on the roadside. The route and the cultivation of turnip greens serve as a thread to get to know their stories.

Cris and Elia are a couple who seem to live an almost perfect love story. Within this relationship there are past problems, control, fears and a persistent bad smell in the attic that Cris has forbidden to go to. Finally Cris defies her partner, entering it and finding a stark revelation.

In 2024, Ordes Town Council acquired the land of the old Viriato textile factory. More than three hundred women from the town worked there making knitted garments. There is a street in homage to Viriato Lamas, but nothing dedicated to them. We let them tell us what the factory meant to them.

Gala has spent her entire childhood with Luna, her best friend, who has a small degree of autism. They have always trained in the same athletics team, but this year, for the first time, they are separated from the group. Gala will be forced out of her comfort zone to become part of a group of girls older than her, who seem to spark new interests. It is from this moment when Gala, immersed in a sea of doubts, will begin to struggle between these two very distant worlds: her best friend and her new companions.
