Bueu, 04/15/2025 – On April 15th, the call for project submissions opens. Through this call, five short films will be selected to participate in this training program, which will take place from October 15th to 21st.

Once again, Ons Island will host the selected participants of the III FICBUEU Residency, offering them an ideal natural environment for the creation and development of their projects.

The training program combines individual mentoring sessions, script workshops, and specialized training sessions, all led by renowned professionals from the audiovisual sector. This structure aims not only to strengthen the selected projects but also to provide participants with tools and resources that enhance an interdisciplinary perspective on the production process.

The main goal is to create a dedicated workspace for the comprehensive development of short film projects during their development phase, providing guidance and support throughout the entire process.

The five individuals selected for the III FICBUEU Residency will also be accredited to participate in all the activities of the 18th Edition of FICBUEU and will receive a €1,500 grant to help cover the development stage of their project.

FICBUEU is committed to consolidating this initiative, which adds to a wide range of activities organized by the team throughout the year.
