Ana is waiting for her boyfriend Marcos, who is returning home from a long business trip. An absurd argument breaks out between the two when Marcos realises that Ana has neglected her favourite plant: a small and delicate variegated Monstera. A tragicomedy about individualism, superficiality and the toxic dynamics of some relationships that, like plants that are not properly cared for, deteriorate to the point of collapse.
